The History, Events tab in the EDO Inspector (on page 1) displays the events recorded for the selected EDO. When you perform an action, such as add a new EDO or update any fields for an existing EDO, N4 records the appropriate event in the event history of the EDO. All these events are listed in the History, Events tab. In addition, you can use this tab to record events for selected EDO, manually. For more information, see Record Service Event form (on page 1).

To view the details of an event, double-click the event or use the Action Show Details option (on page 1). On the History, Events tab, the Changes field displays the values that changed per the event for the selected EDO. For example, if you edit an EDO to change the ISO Type specified for the EDO, N4 records the EQ_UPDATE_EDO event and records the old and new values of the ISO Type in the Changes field.

When a billable event is extracted to the Chargeable Unit Events view, N4 associates the Batch ID with the event. You can display the Extract Batch column to view the Batch ID associated with the event. For more information on displaying a column, see Hiding and displaying columns.
